THE IMPORTANCE OF FORM:
WHAT GYMS AREN'T TELLING YOU
Most gyms treat the erg like any other cardio machine, offering little to no instruction on proper technique. Without expert guidance, it's easy to develop bad habits that limit your speed and increase the risk of injury. To row faster, safer, and smarter you need coaching from someone who truly understands the sport.
